Experience

(Minimum level of related experience typically required to successfully perform the job and preferred experience that is also beneficial to have in this job.)

·        3-5 ‘ experience in a customer-facing role and knowledge of application software projects/programs with IT systems

·        3-5 years of experience in consulting or software implementation environment contributing to project teams and meeting deadlines

·        Experience working within a full-cycle software development project

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

(Knowledge skills and abilities typically required to perform the job, licenses and certifications required for the job and preferred knowledge, skills and abilities that are also beneficial to have in this job.) 

·        In-depth understanding of client’s industry (wireline, wireless, data services, cable systems, pre/post-paid business models; etc).

·        In-depth understanding of client needs and general impact of changes in a business environment and industry trends.

·        Familiarity with BBP collateral for requirements management

·        Knowledge and understanding of relational databases and construction of SQL queries

·        Excellent analytic skills to examine and analyze critical and complex business and data management practices used by customers.  

·        Ability to consult with customers and assist them in defining their needs based on product and industry knowledge.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

·        General understanding of project management, to ensure primary responsibilities are completed within accepted standards and templates (e.g. Change Management, Issue Management). 

·        Highly developed communication skills for demonstrations, presentations, consulting with clients and influencing others.
