Job Description Summary


Investment Management Business areas supported include Corporate Actions, Trade Operations, Portfolio Accounting, Pricing, Collateral Management, and Derivatives Trade workflow. Business and Operational knowledge of Equities, Futures, Forwards, Options, OTC and Cleared Swaps, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, ETF, Fixed Income Securities and Alternative Investments like Private Equity & Hedge Funds is a must.  Working knowledge of the Charles River and Murex OMS trade interface with Eagle STAR for the asset classes above is a plus.  Also desirable would be direct experience working with external financial market data vendors like Bloomberg, IDC, S&P, Reuters, & FACTSET.



Key Responsibilities and Duties


The right person will be highly technical, analytical, and have experience managing technical teams composted of technical leads and developers. In addition, this person will have a record of driving project teams to launch new initiatives, small to medium sized projects or enhancements across Fixed Income, Equities and Derivative asset classes.

Liaise closely with all Front & Back Office operations and technology application teams to manage business and Eagle application functional requirement documents and design specifications for both BAU, small and medium enterprise level projects.

Ownership of applications controls.

Escalate within SLA window.

Improve efficiency by reviewing patterns and identify opportunities for automation.

Standardization of tools, processes, reporting across support to drive transparency, efficiency and agility.

Collaborate to manage tech debt and security vulnerabilities including patching.

Collaborate on application End-of-Life retirement.
