Job Description:
Mandatory Skills : Mainframe database (DB2 , VSAM ) and SQL Server, Azure , Hands on experience in Data Migrations and modeling the same
Hands of experience in data conversion, analysis, mapping, and migration.
Hands on experience in database migration projects from DB2,VSAM,SQL Server to Oracle database.
Hands on experience on Azure data factory for data migration from mainframe database(DB2,VSAM) to Oracle database.
Refresh the data set to a specific timestamp
Hands on experience on data mapping
Implement tools and develop scripts, queries for accessing and analyzing data and migrating data
Ability to work with multiple teams to extract data from applications and assists with any issues the client may have.
Work with the Application Migration team to facilitate smooth and timely data migrations
Develop Database Migration procedures, technical specifications, knowledge of Oracle Migration Utilities (Import/Export, RMAN etc)/ SQL Server Migration Utilities (backup/restore), support documents and training guides
Support Application Testing team during System Integration Testing and Performance Testing
