Job Title	Senior Test Manager
Job Description  (Define At least 6 points which candidate is supposed to do)	•        Lead and Manage large Testing team across multiple product platforms •        Assures the development of multi-level project planning to achieve short and long-term business objectives •        Develops, tracks and reports on all key product development. •        Engage with Customer Directors and managers of Test Organization and manage their program expectations •        Keeps leadership team informed of test design/execution progress and issues. •        Develops and communicates key performance indicators (cost/schedule/resources) for projects. •        Provides cross functional teams with appropriate updates to perform assigned tasks. •        Interfaces with appropriate internal and external resources to ensure on-time delivery for projects •        Guides development and documentation in line with QMS, standard operating procedures, specifications and test procedures. •        Participates in review boards for CAPA, complaints, business unit planning, and others as necessary. •        Reviews and provides functional approval for project and quality system documentation. •        Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors. •        Proven experience working independently, leading and driving project deliverables while holding project team members accountable. •        Demonstrated proficiency of project charter, schedule/critical path management, budget, scope and risk management •        Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Good Documentation Practices, Medical Device Manufacturing, 21 CFR 820, FDA QSR, EU IVDD/IVDR, CE Mark. •        Ability to effectively communicate detailed information and strategic decisions, and respond to questions from project stakeholders of all levels, •        Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to succinctly present to senior leadership •        Ability to draw out organizational requirements from and intelligently drive decision making with stakeholders •        Ability to direct and influence others to work within and deliver under rigorous timelines •        Commitment to sharing information transparently with team members and stakeholders at all levels •        Extensive Experience working on End-to-End testing on Mobile applications, Web applications and API Level Testing. •        Familiarity of the underlying architecture of Mobile applications and Cloud Technologies.  •        Proficient in testing Mobile applications and exposure with automated test tools and frameworks.  •        Solid understanding of the software Testing life cycle and Agile methodologies.  •        Proficient in requirement analysis, test case design, test protocol development and experience in test management tools like ALM, Jira etc.  •        Exposure to Test plan , Test summary Development.
