Lead application support engineer
Location- Northridge, CA (Initial 2-3 months Remote)

JD :
- 3+
years of industry experience
- Diagnose
system faults and data integrity issues, leveraging your deep
understanding of how the system should operate.
- Proficient
in Oracle SQL
- Proficient
in python (Writing python queries, produce algorithms to extract the data
& massage the data.)
- Familiar
with Data Analytics, Data manipulation, ETL (Will be working with
database)
- Linux/Unix
bash and shell
- Experience
with web applications
- Fluent
in a scripting or programming language
- Familiar
with a cloud environment Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks
- Work
closely with development teams to propose fixes or design changes,
implementing fixes yourself where appropriate.
- Own
customer reported issues escalations and coordinate with engineering teams
to respond and resolve within SLAs
- Report
status of open field cases and recommended course of actions to resolve
- Identify
opportunities for improving troubleshooting techniques and building diagnostic
tools
- Understand
and communicate application workflow and behavior to assist customers
and/or customer support teams
- Operate
as a “customer advocate” in the product support lifecycle, including field
issue resolution and maintenance releases, leveraging your in-depth
product and technical knowledge
- Design,
develop, test, debug and implements operating systems components, software
tools and utilities
- Determines
systems software design requirements
- Ensures
that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to
increase efficiency
- Document
knowledge and transfer knowledge to colleagues
